Univest was formed in 1985 with the purchase of EF Hutton’s mortgage business.
In 1990, during one of the worst financial crises in the history of our country, Univest won the contract to manage the Resolution Trust Corporation’s Central Loan Database.
The database consisted of the RTC’s entire portfolio of assets from failed financial institutions. Univest also contracted to perform due diligence services and financial modeling on
more than one third of the RTC’s portfolio. In addition to the RTC, our client list includes the FSLIC, FDIC, as well as most of the Wall Street
investment banks such as E.F. Hutton, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs to name a few.
Our transaction experience as a principal investor and an advisor to a broad spectrum of clients combined with our diverse network of industry strategic partners give us unique
insight in our core real estate service areas: Real Estate Investment Strategies, Financing Solutions, Project Development Consulting, and Distressed Asset Advisory.
Univest's Purpose is to maximize our God-given
talents in building a successful organization. We seek to be a model
of spiritual direction in the business world by reflecting biblical standards
of ethics and integrity as taught by Jesus Christ. In doing so, Univest
will survive its principals and benefit the next generation, provide
exceptional returns to stakeholders, as well as seek opportunities to
fund "Kingdom Building."
Univest Holdings brings 20 years of real estate transaction experience
to our projects and clients. Our Mission is
to deliver extraordinary value to our stakeholders through partnership
and superior execution. We execute our development and investment initiatives
using a team approach to partner industry and market specific expertise
