Mike Boschetti received his BSBA degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas in 1971. He earned his CPA designation and practiced public accounting for 12 years; his final position was an audit partner with Deloitte Haskins + Sells (predecessor to Deloitte & Touche). After a stint as a consultant in the savings and loan industry, he joined Univest in 1987. During the years at Univest, he held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. It was in those roles that he was responsible for managing and overseeing the operational and financial aspects of the company which grew from $4 million to approximately $30 million in two years. He was also responsible for the financial aspects of the firm’s acquisition and development activities.

He also serves part-time as the CFO of Fellowship Associates a not-for-profit leadership development organization. He regularly provides financial counseling and planning for individuals and couples as well as small businesses and is a frequent speaker for LifeSkills, an organization committed to assist others in developing skills necessary to succeed in life. Married to the former Starr Chenault in 1971, they have four grown children and five grandchildren.
