Dana Hamric is responsible for identifying, structuring and managing real estate equity investments for Univest. He has directly managed over $30 million of the firm’s real estate investments as principal. These investments include retail, office, medical office, mixed-use and land development projects in Georgia and North Carolina. He has overseen asset acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sales.

During his tenure, he has also provided real estate advisory services in the areas of leasing, property management, development and construction management to healthcare, private investor and retail clients. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is licensed real estate professional in the State of Georgia.

Dana earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Alabama. He is a member of Northpoint Community Church. Dana and his wife, Kelly, reside in Alpharetta, Georgia with their four children; Jacob, Rex, Madelyn and Bella.
